  • Provide legal advice and solutions for all aspects of the business of the Company
  • Contracts: Drafting & reviewing a range of commercial contracts, including procurement of goods and services, distribution and wholesaler agreements, logistics, creative agencies, loan and funding agreements, intercompany agreements
  • Corporate: prepare and maintain corporate documents
  • Compliance: ensuring that the activities of the company and its subsidiary in general are in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal Carlsberg policies.
  • Dispute resolution: Dealing with termination of contracts, commercial disputes, litigation, regulatory, governance and HR issues
  • Training: Provide legal training on compliance requirements and/or local regulations
