Job Summary:

The Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

This role is crucial for maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise activities

Plan and assign work:

• Define goals and KPIs for the department.

Assign work to employees per their capacity and experience.

• Track the work progress and ensure completion on time.

Quality Monitoring:

• Quality control before putting into production.
• Ensure that the patterns are made following design and technical requirements.
• Prevent and correct errors in time.

Staff training and development:

• Train new employees on working skills.
• Improve the capacity and skills of existing employees.
• Create a productive work environment and encourage learning.
• Technical Support

Assist employees in resolving technical issues:

• Provide guidance and solutions to problems encountered during the work process.
• Help employees improve their professional capacity.

Coordinate with other departments:

• Cooperate closely with MD and technical departments to ensure that patterns are made according to the ideas and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure that the pattern is used effectively.
• Reporting and updating information

Periodic reports on the activities of the department:

• Report on work progress, product quality, and problems encountered.
• Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Keep up to date with new trends in the garment industry:

• Research and learn new techniques.
• Attend specialized seminars and training courses.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in garment, or a related field
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Graduate with a degree in Apparel Design and Technology
