Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in cloudnative software development.
  • Have 4+ years of relevant knowledge of modern techstack (Go, Docker, K8S, Postgres, Kafka), SRE, service meshes, API gateways, and observability
  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, Anthos
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth, OIDC
  • You have previous experience as Platform engineer, SRE, DevOps engineer, Infrastructure engineer
  • You possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding and high traffic / high availability system architecture.
  • Expertise in IT systems integrations and triage with the ability to troubleshoot systems, identify bugs, relate to development, and test fixes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps tools: Gitlab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, ArgoCD, Vault, Terraform, etc.
  • Knowledge of Serverless/Function as a service concepts, implementations & patterns, web scale and distributed systems.
  • Experience creating, optimizing, and integrating Application Programming Interface (API) calls; background in API development preferred.
  • Experience with a programming language preferable (Bash, Go, Python, Groovy)
  • Proficiency in one or multiple programming Languages: Java, C++, Python, Node.
JS, TypeScript, etc. is plus.

  • Redis, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server development and general database knowledge, including performance and optimization is plus.
  • Prior experience creating and testing ProofofConcepts (POCs) preferred.

As a Platform Engineer at Citigo your goal is to create the best possible developer experience for our production environment.

You, together with other members of the Platform team, will play an instrumental part in building interfaces for self-service, maintaining infrastructure and designing pipelines for our developers; creating a robust, secure, resilient, and observable infrastructure for our Product teams to build products on as well as provide all the needed tooling for them to be productive on the Platform to make our services easy to use, resilient, and scalable

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Design, build, test, and maintain platforms, tools and infrastructure that increase the speed, efficiency and stability of Citigo's services, and provide feedback to other team members.
  • Plan/design/lead efforts related to automation and tooling, scaling and overall site reliability to enable autonomy and ensure safety. Confident in presenting plans and designs to the wider architectural community and defending recommended approaches.
  • Evaluating and working with various services within cloud and onpremise platforms, developing and deploying services via infrastructureascode and using GitOps and DevSecOps practices where it makes sense. You will take part in the future of Citigo and work with a wide range of strategic and highimpact topics from CI/CD to highavailability databases, from infrastructure and networking to messaging brokers and keyvalue stores.
  • Drive ongoing performance enhancement across all areas of our cloud and On-Premise platform; networking, observability, CI/CD, access, security, and cost.
  • Triage and troubleshoot complex issues in multiple software environments such as AWS, GCP, Windows/Linux and VMWare.
  • Setup and partner with Data Center and Program teams on VMWare infrastructure.
  • Ensure platforms are effectively monitored and meet availability SLAs
  • Resolve platform issues and implement change management processes
  • Provide standards, processes, and oversight of platforms and associated services Recommend process improvements, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Create platform documentation and help establish processes for monitoring, deployment, etc.
  • Work with the development and algorithm teams to understand platform requirements and translate them into an effective technical solution.
  • Assess current system architecture and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure that the Citigo platform remains costefficient at scale.
  • Manage external development resources, when required.
  • Explore new ideas and emerging technologies, develop prototypes quickly.
  • Develop frameworks for standardizing and enabling data flows via APIs, files, microservices, and message queues.
  • Monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators for critical department metrics;
  • As part of the platform engineering team, you will work closely with fellow cloud engineers, software engineers, security engineers, and product owners to understand their needs and optimize their productivity.
