Research customers before approaching to have exact business cooperation opportunities to ensure revenue

Meeting with clients, partners to bring the potential sales funnel for the company.

Implement strategy, maintain, develop according to customer segments

Entertainment meeting with clients to develop relationship and ensure networking growth with potential clients.

"Being an effective, smooth, and continuous bridge between customers and other Dept. of the company.

Constantly upgrading and participating in proposal and company profile presentations to the clients.


Report to the Business Development Manager and business execution strategy and periodically report on the work being monitored and planned to do in the near future.

Take care and maintain current customers

Actively looking for new customers (besides the assigned customer source), preparing the list of industrial park and key contacts

Proactively plan contact and work with current and potential clients in sync with the company

Proactively propose ideas for design, business, cooperation, and operation

Actively participate in activities and events related to the company's work and field of operation.

Monitor business situation by week, month, quarter, year

Prepare and make other plans, researches, reports and presentations as required by superiors

Participate fully in departmental and company meetings

Participating in departmental and company training courses

Research, learn, and understand documents and documents that are required by superiors and the company

Perform other tasks as required by superiors or the company from the smooth operations of projects after it hs gone live

Requirement
Graduated from University

Good communication in Japanese with stand high work pressure, long-term commitment, able to go on business trips at the request of the company (domestic and foreign), honest, prioritizing the interests of customers and the company

Good at English is plus
