  • Proactively promote the company's work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle
  • Support various key HR projects
  • Follow up outsourced staff
  • Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter
  • Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 3years experience in recruitment in the IT industry
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HRrelated fields
  • Attention to detail, followup, and excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in an everchanging startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or other related fields
  • Strong ability to multitask and be detailoriented
  • High responsibility at work

Nice-to-have:

  • Have experience in headhunting
  • Have experience in leading a team
