Seeking a hands-on, energetic, assertive, motivated, and experienced Manufacturing Test Development Lead to join an international test development team.

This high visibility role will work closely across functional departments with product design engineering, production engineering, quality engineering and operations during product development, NPI and mass production stages.

1. Serve as the in-country manager as part of an international team of test systems development engineers.

2. Hands-on manager to lead, mentor, and motivate engineers to meet production test objectives.

3. Research new test methods and look for opportunities to improve production test efficiency.
