You will manage the performance of sales team in the north of VN to meet the business target: sales, PC, new development customers and accounts.

You will need to respond to sales manager level for all IC business segments and selected focus in COEX, GI accounts in North Viet Nam.

You will report directly to Business Manager - the north VN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance and development of selected key accounts and distributors to meet the business assignment goals.
  • Guide the team to develops a new business and new pipeline for IC segment in North VN to meet the business targets and needs for sustainable profitable growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, sales forecast and commercial activity with selected key accounts and distributors.
  • Coordinate and driven selected distributors to opening and develop new business and new customers.
  • Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and followup.
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with distributors sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Able to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments for all costsaving projects.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in sales management, commercial role in coating or industrial business.
  • Understand market dynamics and industrial requirements.
  • Sales development and hunting skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to lead distributor and sales team.
  • Good proficiency in English (Chinese communication is an advantage).
