Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with squads as a quality gatekeeper and monitor/review code quality at various levels i.e. unit, integration, end to end
  • Be involved in writing/maintaining scripts for API automation and Contract Automation
  • Own/work with the architecture of the Test Automation Framework
  • Work on improving the Test Automation Frameworks and Test Suites to be more effective
  • Support squads for performance testing as and when new APIs and capabilities are developed
  • Be involved in various POCs to explore and implement new technologies, tools etc. to take Test Automation to the next level

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related technical disciplines
  • 4+ years of experience in software test automation
  • Experience in any UI automation frameworks e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso
  • Experience in API automation frameworks e.g. Rest Assured, Karate framework
  • Knowledge in Performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner is a plus
  • Experience with versioning tools e.g. Git, Gitlabs, Bitbucket
  • Experience in CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, ArgoCD
  • Experience in any programming languages including Javascript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Ruby
  • Experience with scripting languages, for advanced CI integrations
  • Solid understanding for code quality and modern testing framework architectures
  • Meticulous about highquality code, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries
  • Ability to take an endtoend approach to getting things done
