【Job Summary】-  Responsible for Inbound & Outbound & Warehouse management, 【Job description】1. Inbound management:- Process purchase orders (PO) from customers and place corresponding orders. Coordinate with global internal teams, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations in compliance with import/export regulations.- Ensure suppliers are fully informed about all necessary import documentation, permit requirements, and any import restrictions before goods are exported.- Prepare reports to the Chemical Dept.- Collaborate directly with Tax and Customs authorities for cargo inspections, HS code verification, and the processing of import/export tax refunds.- Stay informed on current and evolving legislation and Free Trade Agreements to secure Tax Preferential Certificates of Origin (COO).- Handle sample import declaration.2. Outbound management:- Coordinate deliveries (including transportation, warehousing) to ensure they are cost-effective while ensuring customers receive their goods on time and in excellent condition.- Work closely with freight forwarders and other logistics partners to resolve any transportation or customs-related issues.- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce lead time and transportation costs.3. Warehouse management:- Collaborate with third-party warehouse service to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.- Monitor inventory levels and shelf-life, forecast sales volumes to maintain appropriate stock levels, keep record of Daily warehouse report - Monitor warehouse expenses, auditing the accuracy of the records and physicals.4. Others- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies. - Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.- Developed and implemented cost-saving strategies that enhanced productivity.- Translate documents regarding shipping- Prepared detailed sales and expense reports.-  Perform additional tasks as assigned by HQ and the Board of Directors, including but not limited to logistics-related responsibilities【Attractive point】- Respect for Humanity and equal opportunities irrespective of gender- Full benefits package- Safe, friendly working environment, opportunities for advancementRequirments:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2-3 years as Logistics executive in trading companies.- English communication (intermediate level)- Must possess a high level of integrity and demonstrate honesty in all aspects of the job.Benefits:- Social Insurance- Tet bonus- Bonus (It depends on the company's achievement)- Training in Japan (After 1 year working if the CDD wants.)
